The Human Coaching Academy was registered in the fall of 2020 in Ukraine.  In the midst of the pandemic, the founder of the academy, Alexey Mironov, decided to teach online those who want to help people in the face of global changes and uncertainty. 

Having successfully graduated 4 streams of students (80 specialists of the ACC ICF level), we decided to open a charity service Human Care: an opportunity was provided for a free donation to receive online support from a professional coach from the team of our graduates. Alexey Mironov previously had serious experience in organizing volunteer activities: from 2012 to 2014 in Kiev, he led the youth training center “Tomorrow” and coordinated volunteer activities at the Social Mediation Center “Come and Decide”. 

In February 2022, the day after the start of the war in Ukraine, the Human Care team decided to organize a support and psychological support service for the victims of the “Big Heart”. Graduates and friends of the Academy became volunteers in five areas: psychological assistance, coaching, relocation support, information support and financial assistance.

Due to the suspension of the activities of public services in Ukraine and the relocation of the Academy staff, it was decided to register the official organization “Spirited Heart” in Estonia.
